(PHOTOGRAPHY)

Chayagraphy

A great Photography is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed. 
Rules for the event :

• No of Participant:- 01

• Only one exclusive participant can compete/take part ( He/She should not be a participant of any other event)

• Participants should carry their own DSLR cameras and accessories

• Participants should carry their own laptops for post processing 

• Editing of pictures is forbidden ( participants should submit their raw captured images)

• Sharing of pictures captured during the event is forbidden

• Decision made by the jury will be considered as the final result

(GAMING)

Warzone warriors

Warzone Warriors is a game mode based on strategy and outplaying opponents, where player's fight to remain the last alive to "PLAY, COMPETE, CONQUER"

Rules for the event:
1. No of Participants: - 01
2. Smart Phone, Headphones or Earphones are Mandatory and Portable Internet Connection
3. Games to be Pre-Installed: - BGMI (All Maps need to downloaded) .

EKATA-DE-CORPS

Theme: WAR

1. A number of 5 participants can form a team. 

2. Maximum 2 teams per college can participate in this event. 

3. A team can enact the theme in any form for the first round. 

4. Maximum time limit for the enactment in the First round is 5 minutes. 

5. Participants should arrange their own costumes, ppt and background music any during the performance. 

6. The performance should not represent any caste, religion, state or country and political parties. It also should not involve any product promotion or branding.

7. The team violating the instructions stands disqualified for the entire event

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF TECH FEST

1. Participants who are participating in one event cannot participate in any other event.
2. Only core event participants are considered for championship.
3. There can only be seven students taking part in Core events.
4. Only BCA / B.Sc students can participate in Core events.
5. Any department students can participate in Non-Core events. 
6. All events will run parallelly.
7. Last date of registration for BITOTSAV 2K23 is 1st-August-2023.
8. The college can permit maximum of 3-Teams per college for participating in Tech Fest with prior notice.
9. The organizer has a right to alter, modify the instructions and timings of the events.
10. The jury's decision will be final and no further queries will be accepted.
11. Breaking of any rules will lead to disqualification of that event.
12. Participants must carry college ID card.
13. Smoking and consumption of alcohol or any kind of intoxicating of drugs is prohibited during the event at college premises.
